Company History - Betson Imperial Parts & Service

Founded in 1934 by Humbert S. Betti, H. Betti Industries, Inc. the parent company of Betson Imperial Parts & Service began as an operating route for jukeboxes and pin tables. In 1955, the company began to expand the business into the distribution of billiard supplies while maintaining the growing amusement and vending routes. In the early 1960's, H. Betti Industries, Inc. renamed the distribution business Betson Enterprises and shifted the business focus from route operations to amusement and vending equipment distribution.

The 1980's and 1990's saw the increase of the distribution business with more offices opening across the northeast and west coast. Throughout this time Betson Enterprises’ continued growth in coin operated equipment distribution led to the expansion in coin operated parts sales and service. H. Betti Industries’ progress in the parts segment of the coin-operated industry continued throughout the 1990’s and led to numerous OEM parts manufacturing partners throughout the world while expanding their coin operated equipment manufacturer parts relationships in the United States.

The growth in the parts and service segment of the industry led to the formation of Betson Imperial Parts & Service in 1999 and the establishment of 3 major parts distribution hubs on the east coast, west coast and central United States, and 14 parts sales offices located throughout the United States.

In the early 2000’s Betson Imperial Parts & Service broadened their product line offering parts, service and custom OEM parts manufacturing to the gaming industry.

Betson Imperial Parts & Service now employees over 60 sales, service, and engineering professionals to assist in all of your Amusement, Vending, Gaming, OCS and Billiards parts needs.
