At Betson, we strive to fill EVERY parts order as soon as possible, unfortunately we cannot guarantee every order ships the same day it is placed. Orders are processed in the order of which they are received. Shipping cut off is 2:30 EST, orders must be placed before this time if trying to have shipped same day.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Sales order confirmation numbers are given at the time your order is placed or provided via email to the address you have established on your account. Please record this number in a safe place and have ready when calling in or checking your Betson portal.
FRIEGHT INFORMATION
Freight is determined by UPS, FEDEX (list rate) based on the weight and size of the shipment along with US Postal service as on option for some smaller items.
BACKORDER INFORMATION
Backordered items will have their own shipping and handling charge added to the invoice. Please notify your sales rep if you do not want partial orders to ship (ie: ship complete).
ORDER TYPES
Online ordering is available at www.betsonparts.com and is encouraged. This allows you to view a wide range of items and pricing for the parts you require.
When ordering via email ([email protected] or direct to you dedicated parts specialist), please review the order confirmation sent to you and notify us of any errors.
ORDER RECEVING
Please check boxes for damage upon receipt. Any items that arrive damaged must be reported to Betson immediately, Betson has 5 days to initiate a claim with the respective shipping company. Especially with Montiors
Photos of the packaging and item are required to file a claim.
