Recommended Parts: Recommended parts include parts that are most commonly used such as buttons, power supplies, mallets and pucks.
Consumables Parts: Consumable parts are items that you need to operate your equipment and usually include cards, fi lm and tokens.
Customer Benefits: Truck shipments and traching information now available for Betson customers on Parts and Equiprment.
Register for an Account: Send an e-mail to [email protected] requesting a web account. New customers will be requested to complete an application form. Once the application is received and approved, an account will be created. Instructions will be sent to create your online account, including user name and temporary password.

Search Bar
- Type in Part Number for more direct results.
- Type in Manufacturer Name for an array of product types within the same manufacturer.
- Type in Product Type for related type products only.

- Shop through our catalog list page by Industry, Manufacturer, and Product Types

Click on the sign-up button for web account registration form.
The web registration page will populate with some helpful information and the form.
Enter customer account number and select I have included my account number.
Please move forward with filling out the rest of the form.
Make sure to double check information before submitting.
Once submitted, the success page will then populate and display helpful contact information.
Please make not of the contact information in case you have any questions.
You will receive a welcome letter within 1-2 Business days with instructions on how to setup your new web account.

To login into your web account, please click on my account icon that is located to the right of the search bar and contact information.
Once clicked, a pop-up login will appear, and you will be prompt to enter in your credentials.
You will then be led to my accounts page with all your information.
Please review information to make sure all is update to date.
If you do not remember your password, please follow he next steps:
- Please click forgot your password.
- You will then be prompted to enter in your email address.
- You will then receive a reset your password email within 1-2 hours.
- If you still have not received the reset password email, please check your spam folder.

Login to your account
Locate item you are interested in.
Click on Add to cart from listing page for quicker purchase to checkout or
Click on item to learn more details about the product, you can add item from there.
Once you have the items you are looking for int he carts, please click on the cart.
You will then be shown a preview of what’s in your cart with two options on how to move forward.
- GO TO CHECKOUT - Check out directly from here and you will be led to enter in information.
- VIEW AND EDIT CART - You can review items and quantity to make sure what’s in the cart is correct and ready to go, you can check out from here.
- Enter or Select shipping address.
- Select Shipping options and click Next.
- Select payment options: MY ACCOUNT TERMS or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT
- Include any PO Number reference or notes.
- Review order that is listed on the right side of the page.
- Agree to terms and conditions.
- Submit order and you will then receive and order number on the next populated page.
- Save order number and review email order confirmation.
- If you have any questions, contact information will be listed on the populated order number page and email confirmation.

- You can ignore prompt and move forward with filling out information as a Guest checkout.
- Enter or Select shipping address.
- Select Shipping options and click Next.
- Select payment options: CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT
- Include any PO Number reference or notes.
- Review order that is listed on the right side of the page.
- Agree to terms and conditions.
- Submit order and you will then receive and order number on the next populated page.
- Save order number and review email order confirmation.
- If you have any questions, contact information will be listed on the populated order number page and email confirmation.

To Search
- Type in Manufacture and/or product name along with the word service manual.
- Example: Juice Box Service Manual.
- The service manual will then populate in the search result, and you can click for more details or download directly from the listed page.
Footer Option
- Click on Service manual link located in the footer.
- Service manuals and filter options will then populate.
- Use the filter option to find manuals more direct.
- Scroll through and locate the service manual you are looking for.
