Who We Are

Humbert Betti founded H. Betti Industries in 1934 when the Greenwich Village restaurateur and tavern owner started operating jukeboxes in his own business and other nearby taverns. Humbert was already something of an international success; the South American native was raised in Italy and emigrated as a young man to England, where he launched a successful chain of ice cream parlors and raised a family (including two daughters and four sons who worked in the business, Bert, Hugh, Eddie, and Louis) with his wife, Catherine. Today, H. Betti industries is comprised of multiple business units, including Betson Enterprises, Betson Imperial Parts & Services, and Imperial.

Family-Owned, Customer Focused

Still a family-owned business today with its third generation in leadership roles, H. Betti Industries has grown to become a leader in the entertainment industry as the parent company of Betson Enterprises and Betson Imperial Parts & Service and worldwide leader in distributing location-based amusement equipment, parts, and services.

Our History

1934

Humbert Betti founded H. Betti Industries in 1934 when the Greenwich Village restaurateur and tavern owner started operating jukeboxes in his own business and other nearby taverns.

2000

H. Betti Industries launches a new company division, Betson Imperial Part & Services, to support the parts fulfillment demands of the billiards, amusement, vending, office coffee, and gaming industries. The company is expanding to become the leader in parts distribution with exclusive distribution agreements and strategically located distribution and sales centers.

2011

Betson Imperial Part & Services becomes the official parts distributor for Cafection Office Coffee products. Cafection was founded in 1996 and has been manufacturing coffee machines for over 20 years. It is the leading manufacturer of bean-to-cup machines for the OCS market in North America.

2015

To meet the ever-changing needs of the amusement and vending industry, Betson launches its first e-commerce platform - betsonparts.com offering access to thousands of products. Through the website, Betson Imperial Parts & Services provides real-time service and on-time shipping of parts and accessories for arcade games, vending, office coffee service, monitors, and more.

2017

Betson Imperial Part & Services continues the expansion of product offerings by becoming the exclusive worldwide master distributor of Goldfinger products. Goldfinger offers complete in-house design capabilities for video and touch screen hardware and software for the amusement, gaming, kiosk, vending, digital signage, and retail/hospitality industries.

2023

On March 28, 2023, Betson officially held the grand opening of a new 75,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Las Vegas, NV. The location serves as a multi-purpose distribution center to support customers on the West Coast. In addition, Betson plans to have a small depot in California to be used in conjunction with the Las Vegas office to serve customers in this region.
