OUR WARRANTIES

Product Guarantee New Equipment
OAll new equipment that ships from Betson is covered by the original manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties for new equipment vary in coverage, length, and policies. For warranty parts or repairs, please contact Betson to process an Advance Replacement or Return Material Authorization under the warranty policy set by the manufacturer. If the customer wants Betson to exchange or repair the defective item out of warranty, customer does so with the full understanding that they will be billed at Betson's current service rates.

Juicebox Warranty
Our warranty coverage for the Juice Box Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is a 2-year limited warranty with coverage on parts and labor resulting from manufacturer defects. This warranty period begins from the date of the original customer invoice. Betson Enterprises, Inc. does not warranty damage due to abuse, custom modifications, removal of parts, mishandling, or water/liquid ingress. If the serial number label has been removed or tampered with, the warranty is void.

Raw Thrills New Product Warranty
Other than abuse, acts of god or improper servicing, Betson Imperial warrants all Raw Thrills game electronics (computer, monitor PCB and electronic PCB's) for one (1) year and all other game components for ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Betson Imperial, in an agreement with Raw Thrills, will act as a Factory Authorized Service Center honoring all Raw Thrills warranties.

Mars Electronics and Conlux Factory Authorized Service Center
Betson, in agreement with Mars Electronics and Conlux, will act as a Factory Authorized Service Center honoring all warranty policies set forth by the manufacturer.

Limited Product Guarantee Refurbished Equipment
Other than abuse, acts of god or improper servicing, Betson warrants your machine for thirty (30) days. During that thirty (30) day period the customer must return the defective part to Betson for repair or exchange.

Repair Warranty Policy
All vending component repairs (logic boards, bill validators and coin mechs) are warrantied for ninety (90) days; all other items are warrantied for thirty (30) days from date of completion. Items warrantied are specific to the initial repair only and any additional problem or failures that may result that are unrelated to the original repair are not covered.

Acts of god, improper servicing or abuse will VOID any and all existing warranties. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred under these warranty policies.

All warranty claims must be made when the item is brought to Betson for service. Customer must provide machine serial number to verify warranty. Failure to make warranty claim or provide serial number at time of service will result in warranty service not being honored.

Betson Customer Property Policy
All customer property must be removed from Betson within thirty (30) days after notification that your property or repair is ready for pick up. After thirty (30) days a storage fee of $25 per day may be billed to your account up to fifteen (15) days. After that Betson will assume ownership, considering it an abandoned property.

Return Policy
All claims must be made within ten days of the receipt of product. Authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. A return authorization number is required.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Buyer consents to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts within the State of New Jersey.

Fraudulent or Improper Use of Machines
Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Seller shall not be responsible for any damages, losses or liability incurred by Buyer as a result of improper, fraudulent or criminal use of the Equipment by anyone, Including but not limited to direct, incidental or consequential damages and losses arising out of any person's improper, fraudulent or criminal use or conduct with respect to the Equipment. Title to the equipment covered by this invoice is retained by the seller until the payment in full of amount hereof with exceptions by purchaser of equipment to conditions herein stated.

Advance Replacement Parts Loans
All advance replacements loans must be returned for credit within 15 days of receipt.  The component must be complete with no missing parts. After 30 days, if the component is not returned, we will consider it a purchase and your account will be billed. If the part is returned after 30 days, a restocking late fee will be applied if the return is accepted.  Please note that not all returns will be accepted after 30 days.  Each manufacturer’s return policy varies. Prior Return Authorization number is required.
